All digital products sold or delivered by Shopified are licensed for use on your Shopify store.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the product
- Share source files publicly
- Claim the product as your own
All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad or other providers). We do not store or manage payment details directly.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of service.
All website designs, layouts, and digital assets created by Shopified remain the intellectual property of Shopified until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final delivered materials as agreed.
Our website and services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Technical issues outside our control
- Damages resulting from third-party platforms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopified’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
