At Shopified, we are committed to delivering high-quality Shopify services and digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All digital products (including Shopify sections, code files, and downloadable assets) are non-refundable once access has been delivered.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are considered final.
If you experience technical issues installing or using the product, we are happy to provide support to ensure it works as intended.
Web Design Services
Due to the custom nature of web design services:
- Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, payments made will not be refunded.
- Final payment is due upon completion of agreed deliverables.
We are committed to clear communication and defined project scopes to ensure satisfaction.
